Assist the higher management and broader Procurement Leadership on matters of strategy definition and implementation
Coordinate, strategize and lead the content development for Procurement proposals / submissions to organization. This requires working closely with the different teams their direct reports
Strategy and Solution design for complex categories, Charting key metrics to measure procurement performance
Support Procurement on any associated stakeholder communications required in association with the proposals, under the guidance of Procurement Head
Gain an intimate understanding of Procurement, the operating model, the strategy and objectives to be able to identify and suggest possible scenarios when submitting proposals and stakeholder communications
Implemented Source-to-settle platform that included content design, buy-pay channel design, redefining category strategy for marketing category to reduce transactions, consolidate spend, and bring compliance
