Work Mode: In Office, 5 days/week
Job Profile: Work Location: Bengaluru
The ideal candidate should have a strong business understanding of requirements and, a grasp of cloud technologies, procurement processes, and security considerations. Effective communication and negotiation skills are vital for engaging with suppliers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive deal closures and ensure awareness of taxes, contractual clauses, and commercial terms.
- Demonstrate strong ethics, foresight, agility, and quick learning abilities.
- Analyze empirical data to inform repeat purchases and assess deals comprehensively.
- Drive supplier service improvements, risk minimization, and business enhancements through standardized and automated practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements,
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on organizational needs, performance criteria, and budget constraints.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures with suppliers.
- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies for SaaS and cloud services.
- Regularly review usage and expenditure to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead negotiations for Cloud/SaaS/Subscription contracts and support strategic objectives cross-functionally.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to technology procurement. Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field.
- 8-10years of procurement experience, with a focus on technology procurement.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, software licensing models, and project lifecycles.
- Proven experience in managing technology suppliers and negotiating complex contracts.
- Knowledge of technology-related risks, cybersecurity threats, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Agility and adaptability in the dynamic technology landscape.
