- IT (Technology) : Projects, Capex, Opex, HW, SW, Consumables, FMS, PMS, Telecom, Mobility, Links, AMC, Service Outsource, Strategic alliances, Technical Resourcing & Services model change.

Engineering/Mfg. : Electronics, Consumer Durables, Automotive parts, Projects, Capex, Opex & Services.
