Position - Procurement Manager

Job Description:

- Strong experienced and detail-oriented Vendor Manager to lead efforts in ensuring adherence to software licensing agreements and regulations.

- Manage inventory of all Vendors including tracking of Contracts and renewal of the same on time.

- Will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing software usage, while also contributing to cost-saving initiatives.

- Maintain a centralized contract repository, ensuring all contracts are properly documented and organized. Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively initiate contract renewals or renegotiations as necessary.

- Able to compare various licensing models including any special contract within Hexaware that gives customer relevant cost savings or optimizing software license costs, including consolidating licenses and renegotiating agreements.

- Plan, conduct, and oversee vendor contracts to verify compliance and identify potential gaps or discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of software licenses, agreements, and usage.

- Generate regular reports and summaries for management and relevant stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

- In-depth understanding of software licensing agreements, IT contracts, and industry best practices.

- Understanding of software usage rights, terms & conditions

- Familiarity with contractual discussions and license models with Vendors
