- Manager works with teams on problem solving, work-planning, research, analytics and overall content to produce client ready materials and generate business insights and implications.
- Achieve an understanding of case teams, client development teams and support in business development and industry practice areas
- Assist case teams across the ecosystem to analyze the levers/methods for cost savings
- Understand client's financial and supplier data using P&L, ERP Systems, budgeting systems, supplier databases and purchase order systems to identify major spend categories and look for cost savings
- Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations. Provide significant direction and support to resolve complex issues and effectively manage client and team
- Proficient at using relevant analytical tools and ensure zero-defect in all work streams to ensure quality work delivery (proficiency across Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI and other data analysis/visualization tools)
- Communicate data, knowledge, and clearly explain insights and implications for the client to the entire team. Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions.
