Procurement Manager
Role & Responsibilities :
- Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry.
- Review contract specifications on behalf of the company.
- Ensure Suppliers deliver the goods or services in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Identifying New vendors and generating Competition.
- Vendor Evaluation and comparison.
- Project wise Procurement Follow ups and Track all PO raised, rigorous delivery follow-ups.
- Maintain Project wise procurement Records.
- Tracking the dispatch /follow-up for payments, Documentation & maintaining the files System.
- Vendor Development, resolve the stuck-up issues.
- To work in coordination with internal departments i.e. projects, finance etc.
- Negotiate with the Vendor to get the best offer
- Coordination with the supplier, technical team, account section & site team for work execution.
- Focus on lowering lead time, adhering to on-time delivery, and assuring the transport services, Vendor service, etc.
