Manager - Procurement

The candidate will be responsible for handling a team or procurement who are procuring goods, services and materials in a timely and cost-effective manner while ensuring quality and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling a team of Procurement - Engineers / Senior Engineers

- Knowledge of Construction Materials especially MECHANICAL items for BUILDINGS construction

- Experience in overseeing Global Sourcing, Vendor Development, Cost Saving, Supply chain Management, Material Management

- Source and procure goods, services and materials from suppliers and vendors

- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers

- Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure best value for the company

- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions

- Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives
