Functional Duties
- To design and deliver training programs specializing in Finance & Accounting
- To conduct TNA and facilitate sessions for new recruits on modules like, P2P, O2C, GL/Bank Reconciliation
- Design training content to suit F&A ‘s requirements
- Conduct TNA on timely basis and prepare, develop and schedule training batches to ensure continual up skilling of staff
- Prepare action plans and implement it for all trainees who score less than the set targets
- Create redeployment reports for trainees that are unable to continue as a part of the training due to certain reason
- Collect and compile batch feedback from Operations
- To ensure all information pertaining to Intelenet (inclusive of Training information but not exhaustive) is used, accessed or disseminated as per the defined guidelines and for business purposes only
- Generate Training quality scores and prepare and maintain reports pertaining to training
- Liaise with the Quality team/Operations to identify main pain areas and address those through customized training sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION (Education):CA / MBA (Finance)
- DESIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years
- DESIRED INDUSTRY EXPOSURE:International F&A BPO or a captive shared service centre
- DESIRED ROLE EXPOSURE:Preferably from International Finance Back Office Operations
- Should have conducted F&A training
