Manager - Process Safety Management

Position: Manager Process Safety (PSM)

Location: Gujarat

Preferred Industry: Chemical/Petrochemical

Role:

- Accountable for Driving process safety engagement of India Sites/Offices.

- Accountable for the Safety knowledge and competency of India Sites/offices

- To Improve India Sites and Offices HSE Standards

- Ensuring all statutory requirements, compliance and corporate safety standards are met.

- Ensure risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) are in place and fully complied with companies Standards Support all documentation submission to authorities on Safety, compliance and environmental matters.

- Collaborate with Technical/Maintenance/Operations teams to maintain the Site standards in accordance with company's Global standards.

- Maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) program for India Sites.

- Good team management skills

- Strong internal and external stakeholders management

Education: Degree in Safety Management, Environment Science, Chemical Engineering

Experience: 10-15 Yrs of Technical Experience in Chemical/Petrochemical industries and should be managing multiple site HSE operations and strong expertise of managing safety processes
