Manager - Process Reengineering & Innovation - Manufacturing

Position: Manager-Process Reengineering & Innovation (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role:

- Business Excellence & Process Innovation in all the Company's plants and 1 upcoming green field plant

- Participation in Project design and commissioning of a new Green filed plant

- Process engineering & design support for improvement initiatives

- Process plant troubleshooting

- Burners and combustion system knowledge and experience

- Energy savings initiatives

- Rich experience in business analysis with insightful knowledge of analysis, design, development, testing, training and quality assurance

- Demonstrated ability in developing new processes and transforming old ones at business unit level while addressing staffing, technology, operations, maintenance, and training requirements.

- Proficient in the execution of multiple projects & providing mentorship and coaching to the team members to ensure appropriate application of the Six Sigma Methodology in order to accomplish measurable business process improvements

- Possess excellent analytical, presentation, inter-personal and organisational skills with proven abilities in team management, process enhancement and training & development

- Strategic support to Head Operations for various central initiatives

Requirements:

- Qualification: BE (Chemical) (Preferably from a premier engineering college)

- 10-12 years of experience in process engineering/process optimisation/Yield Improvement with at least 4-5 yrs in Plant Design/Energy Conservation, etc.

- Expertise in Heat and Mass Transfer Calculations, Design and Process Equipment, Project Design and Execution, Gas Burner Commissioning, Process Safety, HAZOP

- Good Communication Skills

Location: Final posting in Chennai (Initial 18 months in Mumbai)
