This job role is with a leading housing finance NBFC for New Delhi location

Objective:

To identify process gaps, drive process implementation and quality of execution

Job Responsibility:

- To identify the need of a process change or improvement to achieve efficiencies

- To meet and interact with relevant stakeholders for process

- understanding and seek their buy in for a change if proposed

- To seek inputs from relevant stakeholders

- To drive projects across locations to achieve efficiencies

- To be able to work fluently on excel and create MISs and be able to do data mining

- To draft process notes/manual for ease of understanding at the ground
