Main Purpose of Job: - Heading the SSC center finance, responsible for set-up of processes and controls - Assisting the head of SSC operations in developing the business model - Monitoring operational and functional efficiencies within the DA & accounting teams - Responsible for managing resource requirements across various clusters - Management of team leaders for various clusters - Delivering expectations on KPIs for DA processing and financial accounting - Responsible for the SSC legal entity accounting and statutory compliance including tax filings Key Accountability: - Design and implementation of the shared center business model - Monitoring performance through Daily Dashboards, Weekly reports & Audit - Coordination with finance VPS of clusters for their teams - Involved in KT transition for new staff and getting them trained on Company systems - Compliance with company policies and procedures - Adherence to the Finance Manual - Managing performance levels during transition from legacy systems to One GL - Ensuring internal controls on bank reconciliation - Monitoring all Vendor reconciliations & ensuring timely action on discrepancies - Ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to the client and meeting SLAs/KPIs with in stipulated time frame - Responsible for Month end activities and meeting the deliverable on time - Responsible for conducting individual appraisal and planning for attrition - Payroll process - for all the staff based in the Shared service centre - Recharging overhead cost to the respective units and responsible of unit wise P&L report - Handling tax filings including advance tax, TDs, GST returns etc - Employee Reimbursement - Verifying and approving any claims from employee - Preparation of Monthly Reports, Validating the KPI & Stats, Stream wise accounts, NCA & Tax movements - Liaise with consultants for GST / PF/ ESI/ Labour and Consulting Tax auditors & Statutory Auditors. Key Deliverable: - Coordination with Head of Shared Services for implementation of transition plans - Coordination with Finance VPS for smooth functioning of clusters - Coordination with Group Finance for proper accounting and adherence to matching concept - Ensuring tax and statutory compliance to laws of the land (both state and central Governments)
