Manager - Quality(Pex)
Experience:
- 6-7 years of relevant experience
- 8-11 years of overall experience
Preferred skills:
- Strong knowledge of Quality principles and techniques
- Needs to have worked in a Third party environment & have good stakeholder management
- Certification in ISO, PMP or other quality practices will be an added advantage
- Strong Communication & presentation skills
- Should have worked in F&A (P2P, R2R or O2C), Banking
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve:
- Productivity
- Quality
- SLA
- Revenue
- Other metrics basis the requirement/opportunity
- Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive & influence improvement objectives
- Lead global projects in Operational Excellence
- Drives the OE program for a client/clients in a site/across sites
- Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma & lean projects and drive it in Operations
Mandatory Requirements:
- Min 6 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence
- Six Sigma Black belt trained/certified with good knowledge of Lean practices
- Should have executed atleast5-6 GB/BB or Lean projects and mentored 1-2 GB/BB projects
