Hiring for Manager-Process Excellence for Noida location for a leading US based insurance firm.

Work Experience Requirements :

- 7+ years of professional experience in Change Management, - Process Excellence, Business Transformation & Strategy Operation.

- Preferably within insurance or BFSI domain as a management consultant

- Fluent written and spoken English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

- Ability to deliver on time and beyond client expectations

- Flexible, diligent, motivated, reliable and proactive personality with superior problem solving skills.

- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

- Strong PC Application Skills (MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel).

- Team oriented.

Skills :

Principal role specific skills :

- Excellent ability to conduct or participate in information gathering via interviews, request for information templates and workshops with clients

- Excellent ability to interpret data and generate business insights to provide support or develop recommendations.

- Excellent ability to own the outcome - present findings to stakeholders, support execution of business transformation plans

- Ability to exercise judgment to make decisions for less defined issues and selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

- Drive operations & business transformation best practices

- Excellent understanding of strategy and business transformation frameworks and methods

- Ability to continuously learn new methods and best practices

- Understand & best in class research models that benchmark superior delivery levels on global assignments

Process & Technical Specific Skills :

- Strong business process transformation understanding

- Process re-engineering exposure, work-flow mapping

- Process assessment from an operations perspective

- Some exposure and understanding of emerging areas like digital, analytics, mobility in consulting assignments would be preferred

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite - Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project and Share Point

Soft skills (Mandatory / Desired) :

- Strategic thinking skills; problem solving; ability to lead change through synthesis and interpretation of data

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems

- Communicates effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management

- Ability to work with various teams and collaborate with them

Salary: Upto 17 LPA
