Role Summary :
In this role the person would be responsible for managing Flipkart Seller Acquisition processes across internal stakeholders starting from onboarding, brand regulations, catalogue relevance and ease, listing creation - the role is an individual contributor role and would require working with tech and engineering counterparts to solve platform level structural issues that can have significant impact on seller experience.
Job Description :
- Develop a thorough knowledge of relevant Flipkart processes to be able to function effectively
- Learn and deep-dive on every single inflection point impacting seller experience for go-live
- Develop and implement industry best practices across the seller acquisition funnel using technology and operations as suitable
- Identify product opportunities that will reduce TATs, increase Pass% and reduce manual processes
- Be able to align internal stakeholders on improved ways of operating basis competition benchmarking and internal feedback
- Have a mindset of continuous improvement for which the candidate will have to dive deep, be very hands on, comfortable with all analytics tools to make analyses and dashboards to drive his point across
- Will be based out of FK office in Bangalore with occasional travel
