The brief Job Description expected from the prospective candidate for the roles are as listed below:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating, owning and improving industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering customer excellence.
- Understanding on loan processes and financial products like business loans, vehicle loans, consumer durable loans etc.
- Prepare detailed process documentation - SOPs, Procedure Manuals etc.
- Closely work with various verticals and find out areas of improvement/automation and standardize the processes.
- Creating UAT plan and conducting UAT on behalf of users.
- Define success matrices and ensure data capturing for the same.
- Regular reporting and monitoring of success matrices.
- Create and nurture a culture of innovation and process improvement.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to talk, manage & negotiate with vendors or other stakeholders.
- Understanding of NBFC/Lending industry & their systems.
- Strong with data analysis and program management.
- Ability to prioritise and meet the deadlines
- Innovative thinking and ready to understand new processes or systems introduced with growing business.
Qualification Required
- Graduate & MBA.
- 1-2 years of experience in BFSI domain.
- Certification like Six Sigma/ PMP/ Agile will be an advantage.
