Manager - Process Design - Network/Returns

About the Role:

- As a manager in the design team, you will have the opportunity to work on building a world class Supply Chain (for both conventional e-commerce and Quick commerce).

- You will be required to understand/ analyze existing processes, suggest process improvements and develop product changes requirements for ensuring efficient and agile operations.

- The design specialist is also responsible for effective utilization of space in the warehouses/ hyperlocal stores achieved by optimal facility design and detailed storage methodology guidelines

About the team:

- The design team is responsible for designing solutions for different assets (FC, Hyperlocal and MH) in order to drive future capabilities for bringing in cost, speed, and reliability efficiency.

- This team focuses on designing solutions for Non-Large vertical - FC and Hyperlocal Dark Stores. The team engages in thinking futuristic, game-changing, and out-of-the-box solutions that may not have been tried and carry a measured risk.

- The ever-changing e-commerce landscape assures a great experience in solving challenging supply chain problems and building avant-garde supply chain solutions
