Manager - Process Design - Fulfilment Center

Role: Manager - Central (Planning and Design)

About the Role:

- As a manager in the design team, you will have the opportunity to work on building a world class Supply Chain (for both conventional e-commerce and Quick commerce).

- You will be required to understand/ analyze existing processes, suggest process improvements and develop product changes requirements for ensuring efficient and agile operations.

- The design specialist is also responsible for effective utilization of space in the warehouses/ hyperlocal stores achieved by optimal facility design and detailed storage methodology guidelines

About the team:

- The design team is responsible for designing solutions for different assets (Fulfilment Center, Hyperlocal and Motherhub or Sort Center) in order to drive future capabilities for bringing in cost, speed, and reliability efficiency.

- This team focuses on designing solutions for Non-Large vertical - FC and Hyperlocal Dark Stores. The team engages in thinking futuristic, game-changing, and out-of-the-box solutions that may not have been tried and carry a measured risk.

- The ever-changing e-commerce landscape assures a great experience in solving challenging supply chain problems and building avant-garde supply chain solutions
