Manager - Process Consulting - Manufacturing

Qualification: Engineering Degree Must. MBA would be an added advantage.

Job location: Corporate headquarter at Gurgaon (40%Traveling involves in this role)

Profile:

- To be a part of Internal audit department to complement internal audit team with skills and knowledge in areas of manufacturing, operations, supply chain, inventory management etc, with the objective of identifying improvement opportunities.

- The position holder will also be a shared resource along with Supply Chain.

- He would also work on internal process improvement projects for SCM.

- Should be having exposure with Business Process Improvements & Change Management with large, complex & high growth business organisations Or in consulting organisations ( i.e Renoir, Universal consulting, Thinklink, Cedar ,Avalon etc.) on stated deliverables.

Key skills required:

- Knowledge of business process review, improvement and re-engineering theory and procedures

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; ability to develop & deliver presentations to senior management;

- Strong analytical, organizational and facilitation skills
