Process and Compliance manager - Banking
- Improvising the existing Spectrum Banking processes.
- Process development for all business and New products / projects which will be rolled out from the channel.
- Designing the flow with clear visibility on Roles and responsibility of all Stake Holders.
- The Process needs to be approved by Audit , Compliance , ISG and all stakeholders - Original copy Approved note to be retain and the same also needs to be uploaded in portal.
- Co ordinating with respective product team to understand the current process flow for various products and customizing the same as per the channel requirement.
- The process flow needs to have a 360 degree visibility ( lead generation to conversion & process on rejection and data going back to VLE)
- Stream line the existing processes and to measure the TAT and fix any gaps with regards to the Spectrum Banking Guidelines.
- To understand and make necessary modification extant processes to improve efficiency of Channel Monitoring the Channel performance in terms of the Process related to banking transactions.
- Co ordination with the stakeholders of Spectrum Banking for their feedbacks to
- Develop / modify processes related to related to the Banking Outlet
- To develop process/ trigger for various exceptions which are not in line with the process and resolving the same .
- Monthly update to Seniors on the same
- Revising existing process to further streamlines the same.
- Improvise the deliverables to make it user friendly and effective.
- Standardize all customer related communication.
