Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

1. Work with existing manufacturers and packaging suppliers

2. Identify New Manufacturers to bring down costs

3. Market Trial and Feedback of the product/ formulation

4. Gross Margin Management and Growth

5. Quality Control at Manufacturing Location

Scale Up of Volumes :

1. Design a customer segment strategy and track execution

2. Launch BTL Activations and use them for increasing market share

3. Enablement of sales team

Operational :

1. Work with Supply Chain and Replenishment for Logistics

2. Customer Account Settlement

3. Cross function working with Replenishment/ Operation/ Finance/ Product

New Opportunities :

1. Devise a business plan for new opportunities for Private Brands in Paints and Surface Care

2. Align stakeholders to launch new products in Private Label

Preferred industry: Paint/Putty/ Cement etc.

Working exposal of new product launch, would be an advantage.
