Manager - Private Equity Consulting - Commercial Due Diligence

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.

1. Provide pre M&A due diligence support to PE firms and corporate clients across industries through deal advisory

2. Generate market intelligence reports, undertake market assessment, industry research, target screening, gauge commercial viability

3. Explore and employ the best suited analytical and statistical tools as well as database management techniques.

4. Offer data driven consulting/story-boarding to clients from a range of industries and sectors.

5. Work in a collaborative environment leading and mentoring 6-10 resources.

Skills Required :

- Any Post Graduate/MBA with minimum 5 years of experience in a professional services context.

- Prior research experience, for example in commercial due diligence, target screening, market sizing, market & competitive intelligence, consumer surveys., Financial Modeling

- Ability to deal with ambiguity, and develop approaches to tackle diligence questions.
