Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and onboard HNI clients into our exclusive Preferred program, fostering long-term and profitable relationships.

- Cultivate a deep understanding of each client's unique financial goals and aspirations to provide personalized advice and solutions.

- Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies encompassing a range of products and services, including investment opportunities, credit facilities, and private banking solutions.

- Demonstrate exceptional cross-selling skills to recommend the most suitable products and services to enhance client portfolios and maximize wallet share.

- Focus on acquiring family accounts, expanding the client base, and strengthening intergenerational wealth transfer strategies.

- Act as a trusted advisor and one-point contact for all HNI client needs, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

- Continuously monitor and analyze client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and enhance profitability.

- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including product specialists and portfolio managers, to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.

- Participate in business development activities to identify and acquire new-to-bank HNI relationships, fostering sustainable growth.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related field, with a demonstrably successful track record in managing HNI client relationships.

- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including investment instruments, wealth management strategies, and private banking solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with HNI clients.

- Proven ability to cross-sell effectively and achieve ambitious sales targets.

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements within the private banking sector
