Job responsibilities - 4-5 key deliverables, specify Area/ territory to be managed, if applicable

As a part of the Central Media Marketing (Sales) Strategy function, this role entails enabling the sales function with requisite inputs & plans to drive revenue growth. 

This shall include : 

1. Lead the conceptualization, deployment, communication and execution of pricing strategy for the sales function

2. Devise & implement growth opportunities encompassing product mix, bundled packages, cross sell & up sell across clients

3. Analyze data, deliver insights and provide benchmarking with competitors

4. Monitor KPIs, and generate dashboards on health of the business for top management as its audience

5. Conceptualize and operationalize sales processes for the sales organization- the processes revolve around sales automation, pricing & incentives, among others

6. Managing and building on the CRM system to ensure optimum utilization of the system and driving productivity through various reports/dashboards/new module development

Prior Role (s)/ Work Experience Preferred - detailed information about the required background

- 5-6 years of work experience post MBA

- MBA from tier 1-2 schools required

Past experience: Strategy/Analytics/MIS roles, (well versed with understanding of sales strategy & pricing)

Sound understanding of analytics tools- High competence in MS office (excel, power point) is a must

Exceptional communication skills (written & spoken); Decision making Abilities; Presentation skills; Ability to work with senior leaders in the organization; ability to work in a matrix organization
