- The incumbent should have 4-5 years experience in pricing in B2B sales (telecom, IT, media preferred).
- Design high quality creatives and designs for special features and advertisers options.
- Refine and execute pricing strategy to drive growth and improve profitability
- Refine current pricing strategy to drive growth in ad-sales revenue
- Conceptualize and drive changes required in existing reporting, data systems to implement new pricing strategy
- Define Delegation of Authority for pricing in the company
- Create reporting templates and design ideas to empower teams to make the right pricing decisions.
- Become the nodal office for BAU pricing approvals. Design a process and service levels (e.g. Turn Around Time) for pricing approvals
- Support and advise National Sales Head and his office on exception approvals and large deal pricing
- Define and pull key metrics needed to make decisions on exception pricing approval requests
- Develop commercial and pricing structures for large deals to support National Sales Head's office
