Responsibilities
- Lead, train & supervise the tele-marketing team in servicing & converting leads optimally
- Build a repository of effective sales pitches based on a deep product understanding.
- Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities from within the customer base.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas & channels
- Analyse data & streamline processes to create ideal SOPs for servicing the leads.
Good to Have
- 2 to 4 years work experience, of which at least 1 year should be tele-marketing experience
- Experience in leading / managing a team of tele-callers & ability to hire, train & mentor junior associates
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Fluency in English, working knowledge of Telugu
- Energetic, dynamic, creative bent of mind
CTC - Rs. 8-10L Fixed + Performance Incentive
