We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Presales in the cyber security sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cyber security products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving sales through effective presales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge of cyber security products, ensuring the team can effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.

- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement presales strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.

- Client Engagement: Engage directly with key clients to understand their security needs, delivering tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product features, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve our offerings.

- Training and Development: Design and implement training programs for the presales team to enhance their technical skills and sales effectiveness.

- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on presales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or technical account management within the cyber security domain.

- Strong knowledge of cyber security technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Proven experience leading a presales team and driving successful sales engagements.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
