- Responsible for accelerating the sales pipeline and working with sales teams to acquire new customers
- Lead product demonstrations, customer workshops to understand requirements and articulate portfolio fitment
- Lead customer pitches, own pre-sales conversations, RFI, RFP, customer proposals
- Train sales & inside sales teams on product capability, competitive value proposition, and market trends
- Own go-to-market motions for Retail Analytics portfolio
- Be the product and domain Subject Matter Expert for field sales teams, develop demand generation plans and drive opportunities down the sales funnel
- Identify target markets, opportunity sizing, competitive value proposition
- Create sales assets to drive GTM - solution pitches, demo scripts, battle cards, tele-sales scripts, e-mail content
- Create marketing assets to support GTM motions - website content, product brochures, white papers, competitive value propositions, ROI calculators
- Be the company's spokesperson at industry conferences & events, evangelize the portfolio with industry analysts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess 10+ years of overall experience in Pre-sales for BI / Retail analytics solution within Retail / CPG organizations
- Expertise in BI and Analytics Tools - SAS, SPSS, MicroStrategy etc and Excel Solver
- Must possess a Graduate Degree in Engineering or Sciences and an Advanced Degree in Management
- Understanding the BI and Analytics market and competitive landscape
- Experience in Pricing/assortment/Inventory/merchandise planning and analytics software applications
- Proven ability to work in a global team environment
- Strong executive presence, communication skills
