Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Independently drive response on solution proposal (RFI/RFP- s) and pitches with Sales, Delivery and Product teams.
- Anchor customer conversations (Demo and face to face), with sales team acting as a technical expert.
- Responsible to support sales teams in workshops and client presentations with effective co-ordination from multiple functional teams inside the organization
- Working closely and collaboratively with customers, to understand & capture requirements and devise effective solutions.
- Ensuring that the company's product can deliver on the customer's requirements.
- Responsible for solution estimation and solution pricing in conjunction with the Delivery and Sales teams respectively
- Liaise routinely with product and implementation teams to be hands-on on new and upcoming feature set.
- Product evangelist for internal (Sales) teams and external customer. Define GTM strategy for roadmap features and new solution offerings
- Thought Leadership - Create Solution White Papers in conjunction with Product and Services teams
- Embed best practices from solution response perspective such as bid process streamlining, increase reuse, reduce response turn around time.
Qualification:
- Minimum B.E. - MBA from leading institutions.
- 8-10 years of experience in Presales / Business Analysis/ Client Solutions in technology and IT services space
- Have worked with Media & Entertainment customer either directly or indirectly.
- Good understanding of media content value chain through pre-production to distribution
- Boundary-less behaviour, with bias for action and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
