Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead presentations and demonstrations for customers and partners, showcasing the features, benefits, and use cases of your smart meeting solutions.

- Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs and pain points, demonstrating how your solutions can enhance their meeting experience.

- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both online and physical demonstrations, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.

Training & Enablement:

- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) and partners' teams, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote and support your smart meeting solutions.

Lead Generation & Marketing:

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute lead generation events, such as webinars and workshops, aimed at attracting potential customers and partners.

- Develop compelling content and messaging to promote your smart meeting solutions and drive event attendance.

Relationship Building & Business Development:

- Review business activities with Sales Managers to identify opportunities for demonstrations, showcasing your solutions through presentations, showroom visits, and other customer engagement activities.

- Build strong relationships with customers and partners, fostering ongoing communication and exceeding their expectations.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Provide timely and insightful management presentations and reports to track progress and measure the success of your customer engagement activities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of [2-3 years] of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the technology sector (adjust experience based on your company's needs).

- Proven track record of presenting and demonstrating technology solutions to a variety of audiences.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate customers.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on driving results and achieving sales goals.

- Experience in the smart meeting solutions industry or a related field (e.g. , unified communications) is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex, Meet), and presentation software.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and conferences.
