Responsibilities for this position include:
- Support the Partner ecosystem by providing guidance on sales strategies, approaches to solve specific problems, create content and enablement materials
- Develop overall system design strategy, implementation approach, service strategy and proposal plan
- Issue RFQs (Request for Quote) for third-party content and negotiate for best cost-benefit to MSI
- Develop and Drive consistent Systems Integration & Services strategy for all proposals
- Manage cross-functional teams and monitor progress of all proposal deliverables needed for the customer proposal
- Participate in Contract negotiations as subject matter & proposal experts
- Frequent two-way interaction with industry marketing - collaborating on market direction and developing specific messaging/programs for vertical and sub-market segments
- Organizes product qualifications
- Identify areas of development for each team member and work with each to define and execute a tailored learning plan
- Propel all your team members toward their revenue targets
