Manager - Presales - BPO SaaS

Customer Engagement:

- Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges.

- Conduct discovery sessions to gather information and identify opportunities for technology solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our technology solutions.

- Collaborate with customers to build customized solutions that meet their specific needs.

- Work closely with the BPO partner solutioning team to build a strong narrative at pre-sales level.

RFP participation technical:

- Participate in technical discussions and provide expertise during the RFP process.

- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.

- Ensure that technical requirements and solution designs are accurately reflected in RFP responses.

Building the digital roadmap, customer/BPO partners:

- Work closely with customers and BPO partners to understand their long-term goals and objectives.

- Develop and present digital roadmaps that align with customer strategies and drive business growth across all LOBs

- Identify opportunities for technology adoption and provide recommendations for digital transformation.

Building the transition roadmap for the existing BPO customers:

- Collaborate with existing BPO customers to understand their current technology landscape.

- Collaborate with BPO partners and enable technical participation in RFPs for new customer acquisitions

- Provide technical expertise and support during the transition process to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.

Existing customers upsell:

- Build strong & compelling value proposition from both technology & commercial standpoint to transition an existing customer of BPO partner from BAU to digitally enabled process by client.

- Get a deep understanding of the existing process and identify points of technology intervention where we can be engaged to drive productivity, efficiency or cost optimization.

Collaboration with solution and delivery teams with Engineering:

- Work closely with solution architects, engineers, and delivery teams to design and deliver technology solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and resolve any technical issues
