Job Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Own all client-facing technical pre-sales and immediate post-sale deployment activities
- Educate customers about the industry, technical and product knowledge through presentations
- Partner with sales account executives in technical account planning and customer visits to drive sales
- Accelerating Customer Adoption through use of implementation templates, defining & executing a tight delivery process
- Understand & shape customer requirements that maximize customer value using product configuration on the SaaS Platform.
- Run effective proof of concepts with customer's and drive value during the pilot phase.
- Provide feedback to the product and go to market teams on customer feedback and product roadmap
Desired Candidate Profile:
Workex: 5-10 years of Presales
Education: BE/B.Tech MBA
- Should have experience working with BFSI customers.
- Have Functional product know-how of Enterprise-grade Workflow
- Have deep expertise and Solution engineering capabilities like delivering great product demonstration, POC,use-cases, project scoping & creating SOWs
