Description of Responsibility:
The role would include:
- Working closely with the Sales & Account Management team to address RFP / RFI requirements, solutioning
- Bid management; help Sales & Account Management team on pricing, services capability, communication to the team
- Market and Industry intelligence for BGV industry
- Creating presentations, collaterals, sales pitches etc. as part of RFP support or otherwise.
- Responsible for tracking renewals of existing customers and working with Sales & Account Management teams to ensure timely closure
- Liaisoning with internal stakeholders like legal, regulatory compliance, finance, information security, operations etc
- Liasoning with existing customers for renewals, pricing etc
- Ensure controls for contract management and contract management
- Manage contract reviews and commercial approval
- Management of contract compliance
Competencies Required:
- Bid management & solution design for BGS services Participate in RFP / RFI
- Strong experience in RFP support, solutioning / sales ops
- Ability to present the solutions in clients in various stages of RFPs
- Able to create value propositions in an innovative way Understand various aspects of pre-sales functions like creating RFP response, sales presentations
- Excellent written and communication skills
