About the Role:

Posting : Manager/Practice Head - RPO (Retail and /or FMCG) 1nos.

Location: Gurgaon (Candidates reside in Delhi/NCR can apply)

Role: Manager / Practice Head - RPO(Retail and /or FMCG)

- Build and manage the client base and profitability of the vertical.

- End-to-end management of delivery team of HR Recruiters/Sr Recruiters/Team leader-

- Develop and drive client wise sourcing and recruitment strategy to optimize the joining/ selection

- Database management of relevant job seekers through various sourcing strategies by direct/ indirect channels

- Managing individual and team performance by meeting revenue targets, productivity, P n L and efficiency of team members.

- Meeting monthly, quarterly & yearly targets for self and team.

- Account growth and new business acquisition.

- Client and account management to build effective and long term relationship with clients

- Sets the social media communication strategy for job profiles

Experience Required:

- 7-10 years (at least 4 years exp in mass hiring).

- Team Management(experience in managing large teams)

- Ability to work with varied clients

- Vendor management

- Strong Networking skills

Skills required:

- Excellent communication skills

- Good exposure in HR & Recruitment industry

- Social Media Knowledge

- Managerial and leadership skills
