She/he will be responsible for leading and strengthening the PPP Advisory practice which will include upstream policy and regulatory advisory (mainly to ministries and multilateral agencies) and Project and Transaction Advisory support to PPP projects.   Projects would cut across infrastructure sectors such as Energy, Transport and Urban.   Provide technical expertise (act as Centre of Excellence) in the PPP domain area for practitioners across practices in Infra Advisory business, by developing a repository of experience / skills / knowledge, regular training interventions, and emerging market and business insights.   Develop and nurture talent within the practice, and ensure a highly motivated team of high-calibre professionals. Heading and managing PPP tender processes, negotiations and public-private sector engagement process.   Candidates that are currently into PPP advisory having more than 6 years experience doing so, are only eligible for this role.
