Looking for Manager postpaid Acquisitions based at Cochin for Leading telecom company.
Purpose of the Job:
To develop, manage and implement programs in Postpaid to enhance acquisition - numbers & revenue through value for money products.
What will you do?
- Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products.
- Monthly activities - NAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers.
- Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products. Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Training of all customer services & backend teams on existing as well as new products to ensure error free service delivery

Job Description:
- Responsible for postpaid customer acquisition, usage & revenue.
- Gather market intelligence on postpaid business & ensure competitive product portfolio.
- Design & implement segmented programs for higher usage & profitability
- Work extensively with Sales team to ensure higher acquisitions & quality of acquisition.
Qualification & Experience
Must Have: 3-6 years working experience. Desirable that 2-3 years should be in telecom sales/ marketing.
Must Have: A recognized postgraduate degree in Management (preferably from a premier institute) with specialization in Marketing.
