Manager - Post Deal Integration/M&A

Work Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

Experience Range: 2 to 15 years

Education Qualification: CA/MBA/PGDM

Notice Period: Require candidate who can join Immediate to 30 days

Experience in one of the areas is mandatory:

- Consultant working on Strategy projects across any sector.

- Operational consulting, including cost reduction programs or transformational programs.

- Experience working in any deal set up including diligence and post deal integration, M&A, carve outs (non-financial diligence and non-investment banking).

- Transformational work (revenue enhancement or cost reduction programs).
