Manager - Policy Governance - Retail Assets - Banking

Looking for a Policy Governance professional having experience in handling the retail assets product at a senior level management with a private sector bank.

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : CA/MBA

Industry : Banking only

Experience : 15-18 yrs of relevant experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To create a internal governance framework to ensure functioning of these teams as per set standards and compliance with internal guidelines. Also this role is created for handling various regulatory submissions and requirements including complete NPA management and reporting requirements.

- Address reporting requirements of periodic RBI audits including Annual financial inspection for entire policy units with close co-ordination with different product teams within policy unit.

- Effective query resolution and management of RBI inspection team.

- Close co-ordination and sphere of influence with other teams within the bank such as operations, audit, compliance, credit, etc.

- Ensure different policies, product programs, policy notes, bulletins are made as per standard formats, all the information / data as required is presented and is signed off by requisite authorities as per policy on policy guidelines / requirements.
