Role:
Manager Performance Management System (PMS), Training & HRIS will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of performance management processes, training initiatives, and the HR Information System (HRIS) within the organization.
This role will involve enhancing employee performance, skills development, and ensuring the effective use of HR technology to streamline processes and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the organization's performance management framework, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy that aligns with business goals and addresses skill gaps across various departments.
- Oversee the HRIS implementation, maintenance, and enhancement, ensuring its efficiency, accuracy, and relevance to HR processes.
