KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboarding & Induction:

- Streamline, organize & oversee pre-onboarding and onboarding process for new hires across the Organization

- Ensure onboarding plan is sent to the new hire before the date of joining

- Plan a thorough Induction plan for all new hires to get familiarized with the company, culture & process.

- Ensure approved KRAs are shared with the new hires on the date of joining to set the expectations

- Identify onboarding process gaps across Units & streamline the same

- Preparation of Onboarding analysis of 30 & 90 days survey

- Bring in best onboarding practices that can be implemented in the Organization for enhanced new joinee experience

Performance Management System:

- Develop and implement performance management programs & initiatives

- Conduct work shops related to Continuous Performance Management System to educate employees across all Units.

- Ensure the effective and on-time administration of continuous performance management system across the organization.

- Collaborate with unit/regional team(HR) for Goal setting exercise & ensure the Goals are live in Success Factors to facilitate Continuous Performance Management.

- Manage timely required employee communication on Continuous Performance Management

- Coordinate the performance appraisal process including timelines & deadlines

- Provide guidance & support to HODs & employees on performance appraisal related issues.

- Collaborate with the Regional Head HRs/Hospital Directors/Functional Heads for final normalized ratings, closure on discussions on Promotions, etc.

Managing Development Centre & Individual Development Plans:

- Plan & organize a well-structured Talent Development Centre(TDC) that would ensure employee development to take up the enhanced roles in the Organization

- Identify employees who have to go through TDCs, prepare a monthly calendar & facilitate the same on a regular basis

- Closely work on the project based IDP plans, track the progress, monitor & evaluate the effectiveness

- Collate the feedback of all IDP participants received from both internal & external trainers, other internal stakeholders, identify the gaps and implement solutions to improve the effectiveness.

- Share both TDC & IDP reports with all concerned on a monthly basis to keep them informed on the progress of their team's development

- Initiate discussions with the HODs to share the feedbacks of participants of TDC as and IDPs

- Seek inputs from the HODs on the future roles of individuals basis the TDC & IDP scores.
