Planning and conducting Job Analysis & Evaluation (JAE) exercise for the Business as well reviewing the current jobs periodically and preparing the JDs as and when required. Ensure that all jobs are properly evaluated and graded, and evaluation scores are updated on HRMS System.
- Studying of job descriptions and structures
- Assessment of recommended Job Band and defining Hay configurations for the same
- Preparation of analysis formats for positions to be evaluated
- Review re-organization proposals and make recommendations based on job design changes.
- Work with Business on performance analysis and interventions to build high performance culture.
- Taking initiatives and driving interventions for improving and monitoring the quality of Goal Setting, Performance Improvement Plan, appropriateness of metrics, standards of performance.
