Performance Management Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance management strategy that aligns with the company's mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to define performance standards and expectations.
Performance Appraisal Process:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and effectiveness.
- Train and guide managers and employees in the performance appraisal process.

- Lead the design, development, and administration of compensation and rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Ensure that compensation practices are competitive and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Goal Setting and Development:
- Establish clear and meaningful goal-setting processes that promote individual and team accountability.
- Monitor progress toward goals and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Feedback and Recognition:
- Promote a culture of regular feedback and recognition within the organization.
- Implement mechanisms for acknowledging outstanding performance and contributions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze performance and compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and HR teams.
Employee Engagement:
- Collaborate with HR to ensure that performance and rewards management align with employee engagement strategies.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR (Full time).
- Proven experience in performance management, compensation, rewards management, or a related HR field.
- Strong understanding of performance appraisal techniques, goal setting, and compensation strategies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, compensation structures, and employment laws.
