JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for optimally managing implementation of overall performance management system. This function requires significant interaction and presentation to Managers & Leaders organization wide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and manage the development and implementation of company-wide performance management systems
- Establish key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role/department within the organization
- Work closely with HR Business partners to ensure that each of the Business units & enabling functions adheres to the overall PMS framework
- Developing and conducting training's and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised
- Develop and Implement Employee performance appraisal tools
- Responsible for developing customised dashboards during the appraisal process
- Lead relevant adhoc Performance Management or HR projects and initiatives
- Will be responsible for working with the various Employee Resource Groups & driving employee engagement initiatives
- As part of the OD agenda, develop & drive strategic change management projects
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Post Graduate in Human Resource Management
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 8-12 years of total experience in HR and should have managed atleast 3-4 performance management cycles
Requirement Specifications:
- Detail oriented with analytical mindset and proven project management and leadership ability
- Stable team player and strong organizational skills
- Mature, able to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command in written and spoken English
