Manager - Plant HR (Talent Acquisition + Generalist)
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
HR Generalist:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Implement and administer HR programs including employee relations, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate employee communication and feedback through various channels, promoting a positive work environment.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing timely and effective resolutions.
