Position : Manager
Department : Human Resource
Reporting to : Associate Vice-Present
Salary Range : 12- 16 Lac PA
Location : Visakhapatnam
- MHRM/ MBA/ MIRPM/ PG with Law with 12-15 years of Experience
- Handling HR, IR & admin operation at the plant level.
- Having documentation experience in pharma preferred
- should be very well versed with Industrial Relation, Statutory Compliances, and HR processes
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Must be a self-driven and should have the ability to deal with inter department and also with large teams.
Job Responsibilities :
- Payroll preparation for regular employees and verification of payroll of contract employees
- Contract labour management - Manpower Planning, deployment of contract labour, recruitment technical manpower as per requirement
- Group Mediclaim policy renewals, additions, deletion and reimbursements
- Supervising the Time office and attendance of regular employees and contractemployees
- Annual returns/Bonus calculation and its forms preparation for compliance
- Sops preparation, updations, deviations compliance for quality, safety
- Gratuity fund management, annual premium verification, claims and its settlement
- Arrangement of Medical examination for all employees
- Car lease policy implementation and requests processing
- PF, ESI compliance
- Contractor and vendor Bills processing and its compliance
- Security, Gardening, new office set-up, office furniture
- Final settlement of employees, exit formalities
- Executing non-disclosure agreements of employees and other related agencies
- Minimum wages implementation of contract employees and its overseeing
- Financial audit support and its compliance
- Increment implementation for contract workmen
- Night shift roster preparation and follow-up, data preparation
- Disciplinary Proceedings & Actions of employees and contract workmen
- Facility arrangement for Guests, employees like room reservation, travel arrangement
- Follow-up Medical treatment with ESIC, Hospital admission in case of abnormal cases
- Master data, attrition preparation
