Our clients are a leading MNC Manufacturing organization with their head office in Mumbai into

high-volume continuous process products. They have ambitious growth plans and have pan-India, multilocational, profitable & growing manufacturing operations.

Our clients are seeking an accomplished HR Manager based in Chakan (Pune) to take ownership of the HR function of the manufacturing plant in Chakan, which has a total (on-roll and off-roll) employee strength of 250#. The manager will report to the plant head and to the HR Head in Mumbai.

Will be expected to set up HR systems and processes and drive initiatives to transform the plant into a Modern Business setup.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Description:

1. Head HR, Personnel, and Administration of the plant have over 150 on-roll and 100 off-roll employees.

2. Introduce HR systems, processes, SOPs, and KPIs

3. Double the headcount in the next 2 years

4. Manage L&D, PMS, annual appraisals, and other HR functions

5. Ensure employee motivation and engagement, control attrition, compliances, and safety.

6. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary proceedings.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Graduate / MBAs (Full-time / Part-time).

2. Should have 5 - 10 years of relevant plant HR experience.

3. Excellent communication skills.
