Reporting into the Plant Head your roles and responsibilities are as follows:
- Managing the entire employee life cycle of the plant employees for both on-roll and off-roll employees
- Managing the discussions and negotiations with the union
- Prepare the recruitment policy guidelines and ensure compliance at the outlet and corporate level
- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities in alignment with the corporate strategy
- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance
Successful Candidate:
-You come with 8-12 years experience in HR with experience in a Plant HR role
-You are well versed with Industrial Relations and have managed unions
-You have worked in an MNC set up
- This role is in Goa
