Manager - Plant HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the plant's operational needs and business objectives.
- Lead a team of HR professionals to effectively manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that motivates employees and drives high performance.
- Design and implement impactful employee engagement initiatives to promote retention, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Oversee learning and development programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Manage all aspects of talent acquisition, attracting and hiring top talent to support the plant's growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to all labor laws and regulations, maintaining a compliant and ethical work environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, providing strategic HR counsel and insights.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering open communication and resolving any concerns.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in utilizing MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and advanced Excel functionalities.
- Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
- MBA in HR (Full Time) with 7-15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team within a plant HR setting.
- Strong understanding of all HR functions, including employee relations, legal compliance, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
- Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex workplace dynamics.
- Data-driven approach to HR, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
