Manager - Plant HR - Automotive

My client is an MNC Automotive Company looking to hire a Plant HR Manager who will report into the Plant HR head managing an Employee base of 4000

Your key roles and responsibilities will be as follows :

- Managing he entire employee life cycle of plant employees

- Managing talent and training needs of blue collared and white collared employees

- Working in accordance with policies and compliances of the plant

- Working on all HR generalist activities like L&D, PMS, TA, OD

- This will not include IR

The success candidate comes with 10+ years of working in a Plant HR role with an MNC
